Safety is a very important issue, not only for humans but, also for our pets.  Remember they are family too.  Please meet "Captain Tanner".  Tanner enjoys taking charge of his boat in steering us to where the fish are.  Tanner is a six year old Yorkie who has recently discovered fishing on the boat is much more thrilling than fishing from shore.  Tanner has also decided that the San Francisco Bay is his domain and lets the other fishing and sailing boat occupants know this by barking and talking his doggy talk.  Tanner decided he has a new zest for shark,  sushi style or deep fried.  It is a joy to take him fishing with us so having him wear his safety jacket keeps us at ease and keeps him safe.
